Second, it takes two people to make it work. So often only one of the people is committing himself/herself to the liaison. I'd just like to take a moment and tell you how much I enjoyed reading your book, "Club Shattered". I found it at a low point in my life after my husband and I divorced. Even though our circumstances were different, all the key factors were still the same.

You caught my eye in the Index from the very beginning by your "Make a Clean Break" section. At that time my husband and I were living in two different houses, he was already having dinner with a co-worker and yet he'd come to me for sex. This had been going on for a month or more and he was breaking my heart every night when he got dressed and walked out the door. I must admit I read that section before I even bought the book but it made so much sense to me that I decided I needed to read more. Thank you for your insight and the willingness to capture and express your feelings in a way I could understand. I would recommend your book (and have) to all my friends who are going through similar circumstances.

WOW! What Pz has been able to convey as to the extent of pain and emotional devastation after a breakup was truly illuminating. In these jaded times, I feel most of us have become so guarded of our inner feelings that we have become numb, therefore emotionally stunted in some ways, always worried how others will see us.
